密封件温度场测试及理论分析

摘    要:本叙述了高压回转密封件的热性能研究,由于直接对密封件温度进行测试为困难,首先对壳体温度进行测试。从其结构上看,它相当于多层圆壁的传热。因为热流量沿径向流动是相等的,可以根据测试数据,通过传热学理论,计算出密封件内部温度场的变化规律,这样就得到两种不同材料的密封件沿轴向的温度分布,分析了温度随压力的变化规律,散热量及密封材料的耐热性能。

Abstract:This paper deals with the thermal performance of high pressure rotary seals. It is difficult that the temperature of sealing element is measured directly, therefore, first of all, the temperature of the body is measured. From the sealing structure, it is similar to multi - layer cylindrical wall. Because thermal flow rates are equal along radial direction. According to the temperature values measured, changes of temperature field in the center of sealing element have been calculated by the heat - transfer theory and the temperature fields of two kinds of sealing materials are obtained. The temperature - pressure relationship, heat dissipating capacity and thermal stability of sealing element are analyzed.
