激光辐照生物组织双相位滞后模型的温度分析

摘    要:为了研究激光照射下生物组织内的非傅里叶导热现象,采用双相位滞后生物传热模型进行了理论分析和实验验证,并与Pennes模型、热波模型的研究结果进行比较,当热流量相位延迟τQ和温度变化率的相位延迟τT取不同的数值时,双相位滞后模型中的非傅里叶导热表现为不同的形式。结果表明,当τQ和τT都非常小时,双相位滞后模型的结果接近于传统的傅里叶热传导方程;当τQ增加时,它趋于引起更多的热波效果。这一研究结果可望对医学中的激光临床问题具有一定的帮助。

Abstract:In order to study the non-Fourier heat conduction phenomenon in the biological tissues under laser irradiation, based on the dual-phase-lag(DPL)bioheat transfer model method, theoretical analysis and experimental verification were carried out, and then the results were compared with those obtained with the Pennes model and thermal wave model. For different thermal phase delay τQ and temperature change ratio phase delay τT, the phenomena of DPL non-Fourier heat conduction were different. The results show that when the τQ and τT are very small, DPL model results conforms with the traditional Fourier heat conduction equation. When τQ increases, it tends to cause more heat waves effect. This result is expected to put some solutions for clinical laser problems.
