| 摘 要： | 文章中研究利用补料法提高糖化酶生产发酵水平。在正常生产控制条件下 ,选择合适的补料材料、配制适当的浓度、控制补料时间 ,可提高产酶和放罐体积 ,保证产品质量 ,降低生产成本 ,提高经济效益。

| Abstract: | In this paper,improving production level of glucoamylase was investigated by feeding medium during fermentation. By choosing suitable feeding medium and optimum concentration of feeding medium and controlling the time of feeding medium during fermentation,enzyme production and fermentation volume were increased,quality of products was assured,cost of production reduced and economic benefit enhanced. |
