高温扩散改变微孔隙形态的研究

摘    要:从扩散的角度 ,研究了高温扩散改变微孔隙形态的机理 ,借鉴扩散焊接领域对扩散消除金属内部微孔隙的研究 ,建立微孔隙的物理模型 ,近而建立了微孔隙形态变化的扩散方程 ,并利用计算机编程求解 ,得到了高温扩散作用下微孔隙形态改变与温度、时间的关系。算例结果与实际生产工艺基本一致

Abstract:The principle of the micro-hole shape changed by the high temperature diffusion has been researched in this paper with the concept of diffusion. With the study of the releasing micro-holes inside the metal by diffusion, the physical model of the micro-holes has been set up so that the diffusion equation for the variation of the micro-hole shape has been established as well, and with the explanation of the computer program, the relationship between temperature, time and the variation of the micro-hole shape under the condition of the high temperature diffusion are obtained.
