等距型面轴加工磨床附件协调运动的实现

摘    要:等距型面轴联结具有很多优越性,然而对等距型面轴的加工一直困扰着我们。从等距型面轴曲线轮廓特点出发,研究了等距型面的曲线方程,尝试对磨床进行改装,给磨床安装一附件进行合理的运动分配,使工件与刀具完成协调运动,加工出等距型面轴。通过等距三面型面轴的磨床附件协调运动实现示例,表明经改装后的磨床可以加工出符合要求的等距型面轴。

Abstract:Although there are many superiorities in isometric profile connection,machining isometric profile shaft annoys us, This article studies the shape equation of the isometric profile shaft from the curves character. We try to refit grinding machine and install an attachment which can do reasonable distribution of the movement so that workpiece and cutting tool complete coordinated movements. On the basis of example of the performing coordinated movements of attachment to isometric three profile shaft grinding machine ,we can process the isometric profile shaft by refitted grinding machine.
