分切机废边清理机构的创新性设计

摘    要:通过研究目前分切机清废系统存在的问题,在参考原机械式缠绕机的基础上,提出了简易闭环控制张力自整定原理,并重新设计了一款废边收卷机.经现场使用表明,其运行效果良好,可以满足不同材质和宽度的废边的收集,不仅解决了原废料筐收集的占地及搬运问题,而且彻底解决了原机械式缠绕机的同步问题,大大提高了生产效率.

Abstract:After studying and analyzing the problem in clearing slitter edge, a simple closed loop control system for adjusting tension was brought forward and a new winding machine for slitter edge was designed, based on the principle of the old winding machine. It shows good performance in practical manufacturing and improves the producing efficiency. It can adapt to collect slitter edge of different material and width. Not only the problem of accounting large area for using baskets which are difficult to be moved in collecting slitter edge is sulved, but also the synchronization problem of the old machine is solved thoroughly.
