多向弯曲制件级进模的优化设计

摘    要:根据支架零件的多向弯曲特征,确定了级进模冲压生产工艺,设计了合理的排样方案,介绍了模具结构设计,与传统的模具结构设计相比较,提高了模具的可靠性,降低了开发成本。可供类似零件的级进模设计作参考。

Abstract:The stamping process of a progressive die for a support part was developed according to its multi-direction bending characteristic.The layout design of the part and the design of the die structure were discussed in detail.The die operates reliably at a lower cost compared with the conventional dies.
