摘    要:本文提出了一种全新结构的高速大流量电磁开关阀。介绍了它的结构、工作原理并测试了其性能。其新型结构改善了传统三通开关阀的工艺性能,解决了开关阀大流量和高速动态响应性能之间的矛盾。对其在柴油机电控燃油喷射系统中的应用做了研究。

Abstract:In this paper a new high-speed solenoid on/off valve with large flow rate is presented. It's construction and work principle are introduced and it's characters is tested. The new construction improves the technical properties of the conventional three-ways on/off valve, solves the contradiction between high speed and large flow rate. It's application to electronically controlled fuel injection system of diesel engine is studied.
