摘    要:利用催化裂化催化剂在小型提升管催化裂化试验装置上考察了催化裂化汽油轻馏分改质和催化裂化汽油循环回炼改质的反应规律。试验结果表明,催化裂化汽油轻馏分改质的反应进行的程度同全馏分改质不同,催化裂化汽油轻馏分改质过程的液体收率和汽油收率与相同条件下全馏分汽油改质过程相近,尽管低碳数烯烃的初始浓度远远高于高碳数烯烃的初始反应浓度,但其转化率要比高碳数烯烃低。催化裂化汽油循环回炼次数增多,改质汽油收率增加,液化石油气收率减少,而液体收率基本不变。

Abstract:Reaction rules of FCC light naphtha upgrading and FCC naphtha recycle and reflux upgrading have been investigated with FCC catalyst in the bench scale riser FCC unit.Test result shows that the reaction process of FCC light naphtha upgrading is different from that of whole FCC naphtha upgrading ,but their liquid yield and gaso line yield are approxi mate .The conversion rate of high carbon number olefin is higher than that of low carbonnum ber olefin although the low carbon number olefin is higher initial concentration .The upgraded gasoline yield has been in creased and LPG yield reduced with the incremental times of FCC naphtha recycle and reflux ,while the liquid yield keeps unchanged .
