基于虚拟仪器的电路板自动测试系统设计

摘    要:介绍了虚拟仪器技术及其比传统仪器的优势,美国国家仪器公司(NI)的虚拟仪器的软、硬件平台。阐述了电路板自动测试系统的硬件组成设计和软件设计方法。测试系统的硬件主要由NI公司的PXI系列板卡实现,软件由NI公司的LabVIEW开发。该自动测试系统能够全面、准确、自动地对电路板进行功能测试和故障诊断,完成对电路板测试数毋的分析统计和保存。

Abstract:This paper introduces the virtual instruments technologies and their advantages compared with traditional equipments, and virtual instruments software and hardware platforms of National Instruments (NI). And then it describes hardware composition design and software design methods of circuit board auto test system. The test system's hardware is mainly realized by PXI serials boards of N1, and the software is developed by LabVIEW of NI. The auto test system can perform function test and fault diagnosis for circuit board completely, accurately and automatically, also can fulfils the analysis statistics and storage for circuit board testing data.
