水溶性丙烯酸涂料的环氧树脂改性研究

摘    要:介绍了水溶性丙烯酸钢铁底漆涂料制备、性能以及用环氧树脂对其进行改性的实验及结果。原水溶性丙烯酸钢铁底漆涂料在进行耐盐雾测定试验时为72h,未通过国家规定标准。本实验的目的是在丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质中加入其他的辅助成膜物质来改善其抗盐雾、抗腐蚀和耐候等性能,方法是通过加入环氧树脂来改善其性能。结果表明,一定温度下在水溶性丙烯酸钢铁底漆涂料中加入1/7的环氧树脂后,经测定其耐盐雾性可达106h,达到了国家规定标准。

Abstract:The producing, performance and upgrading through adding epoxy resins of to paint coating of water-soluble acrylic are introduced. Through salt fog resistance test for 72 hours, the coating did not meet the domestic standard. The purpose of the present experiment was to improve the film's characteristics of anti-corruption, salt fog resistance and excellent durability etc, through adding other subsidiary substance, such as epoxy resins, to the main film-forming material of acrylic resins. The result shows that salt fog resistance can reach 106h after adding 1/7 epoxy resins to coating of water-soluble acrylic at a certain temperature, which meets the domestic standard.
