摘    要:在交联的聚苯乙烯微球上,以顺丁烯二酸酐作为酰基化试剂,通过Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应,得到一种含有双键的脂肪族弱酸性阳离子交换树脂. 该方法衍生出的大量双键性质较活泼,可与其他的功能单体反应,在树脂上引入多种功能基团,从而可扩展其应用范围,为交联聚苯乙烯树脂的功能化开辟新途径. 这种脂肪族弱酸性树脂有一定的手臂长度,位阻小,易与其他物质反应. 实验研究了溶剂体系及用量、反应时间、催化剂用量、试剂用量对反应的影响. 通过对反应条件的优化与控制,可得到可定量控制羧基担载量(0~3.54 mmol/g)的含有双键担载量(0~3.16 mmol/g)的脂肪族弱酸性阳离子交换树脂. 该方法可用于色谱预装柱填料的制备.

Abstract:A kind of aliphatic weak acid cation exchange resin with double bonds was prepared with crosslinked polystyrene and cis-butenedioic anhydride by Friedel-Crafts acetylation reaction. The double bonds derived have active property, and can react with other functional monomers to introduce multiple functional groups to the poly(styrene-co-divinylben-e) resin. Consequently, this method can expand the application fields of the resin and lead to a new functional approach of polystyrene. This weak acid cation exchange resin has a long chain connected with carboxyl and is easier to react with other compounds because its steric hindrance is weak. In this work, the effects of the kind and amount of solvent, reaction time, amount of catalyst and acylating reagent on the reaction result were studied. By optimizing and controlling the reaction conditions, the quantitative loading of the aliphatic weak acid cation exchange resin could be attained. The maximum carboxyl loading and double bonds loading could be up to 3.54 and 3.16 mmol/g, respectively. The filling material of chromatographic column could be prepared by this method.
