滑动式拉丝新原理概要

摘    要:对滑动式水箱拉丝机滑动系数传统计算公式提出质疑 ,指出传统的滑动系数计算公式中存在错误 ,得到的滑动系数过高 ,导致严重的功率损失和卷筒磨损 ,使拉拔速度降低。提出了新的计算公式及“局部滑动”、“累积滑动”、“低滑动”和“微滑动”等概念 ,讨论了滑动量的大小与滑动功率损失的关系、拉拔力和拉拔功率计算方法 ,并对动力配备提出了要求

Abstract:To call traditional formulas for the slip coefficient of slip type wet drawing machine in question.It is pointed out that there are errors in the traditional slip coefficient formulas which get over-high slip coefficient,this leads to power loss and drum wear heavily and make drawing speed down.New formulas and conceptions such as“local slip",“accumulation slip",“low slip"and “micro slip"are put forward.The relationship between slip and power losing,the calculation methods of drawing force and drawing power are discussed.The requirements of motive power outfit are put forward too.
