摘    要:电炉运行过程发生塌料、爆炸事故严重影响正常生产作业。事故的偶然性不仅造成设备损坏,延长热停炉时间,甚至会危及到职工的人身安全。从铁合金生产的冶炼模式和可燃气体爆炸特性参数的角度,分析了引起矿热炉炉膛内发生翻渣、塌料、爆炸的起因,提出了预防此类事故发生的一些技术措施。

Abstract:In ferroalloy producing process, the slag surge and the interior explosion are the serious accidents that destroy the e- quipments, for example, electrode system, or even an injury to the operators in front of furnace. According to the smelting patterns of ferroalloy produetion and bursting features of combustible gases, analyze the eauses of the slag surge, material collapse and the the interior explosion, bring forward some technical measures to prevent the aeeidents.
