转炉氧枪喷头表面共渗层对使用寿命影响的研究

摘    要:对转炉氧枪喷头多元共渗形成的共渗合金层的组织和性能进行了测试研究,分析了由共渗层和基体铜组成的复合材料抵抗热应力、热疲劳和热冲击破坏的能力.并在鞍钢转炉上进行了工业试验.实践证明,当共渗工艺合理、渗层厚度适宜时,转炉氧枪喷头寿命可提高22%以上.

Abstract:The microstructure and the properties of the cementation layer of the converter lance nozzle with multi-element cementation have been studied and examined The capacities of resistance of the compound material made of the cementation layer and copper matrix to the thermal stress, thermal fatigue, thermal shock have been analyszed. And the cementation lance nozzles were used at Angang. The facts show when cementation technological process and the thick of the cementation layer are suitable, the average heat life of the cementation lance nozzles was increased by 22%.
