高酸值馏分油采用糠醛精制法生产25号变压器油的工艺研究

摘    要:以高酸值的新疆减一线去蜡油为原料,进行糠醛精制法生产25号变压器油的研究,并对原料油进行预脱酸条件考察。研究结果表明:对于高酸值的减一线去蜡油,采用经碱洗或加氢预脱酸后,再经糠醛精制-白土补充精制的工艺路线,可以得到质量合格的25号变压器油。

Abstract:The production of 25 # transformer oil with furfural refining process by taking dewaxed oil from Xinjiang vacuum cut l with high acid value as stock is studied and the operation conditions on predeacidification are investigated.The results show that the qualified 25 # transformer oil can be obtained by means of process of caustic wash or hydyogenation predeacidification,and then furfural refining-clay finishing.
