圆钢管相贯节点焊缝坡口数控切割实用方法研究

摘    要:空间管桁架结构是目前流行的结构形式,其节点为多根不同方向的钢管相贯连接。工程上为了使钢管相贯处焊缝均匀,焊接可靠,需要将钢管端部的焊口准确切割成型。结合《建筑钢结构焊接技术规程》JGJ81-2002中的规定,参考国内数控管相贯线切割机的工艺要求,对圆钢管相贯节点焊缝坡口角度数控切割的实用方法进行了研究,给出了适用于数控切割的坡口角度计算方法。

Abstract:Space tube-truss structure is a popular structure type at present,its joints are simply welded by several steel tubes in different directions.In order to make the weld line even and reliable in engineering,it is needed to cut the weld opening accurately.Combing with "Technical specification for welding of steel structure of building"JGJ81-2002,referring to the technics demands of domestic digital control cutting machines,a practical method of cutting groove angle using digital control machines for simply welded tubular joints is studied,and the computing method of groove angle suitable to digital control cutting machines is presented.
