摘    要:介绍了日本神户制钢添加Li冶炼高强度超细钢丝用纯净钢的新技术,分析了其帘线钢成分确定原则以及对钢中夹杂物的要求。实验结果表明,Li不但在降低夹杂熔点方面与Na、K等元素作用相同,而且还能有效地降低钢中氧化物夹杂含量,从而显著地提高钢的冷加工性能和抗疲劳性能。

Abstract:The new technology of purified steel with Ti to produce extra thin steel wire with high strength in Kobe Steel Works of Japan is introduced. Making rule of cord wire steel composition and demands for inclusions in steel are analyzed. Experimental results show that Li not only has the same function with Na and K, etc. in decreasing melting point of inclusions, but also can effectively reduce oxide content in the steel to apparently improve properties of cold working and fatigue resisting.
