摘    要:电力系统的接地问题是一个看似简单、而实际上却非常复杂又至关重要的问题,配电设备、用电设备与人们的生活密切相关,其配用电设备的接地问题直接关系到人身和设备的安全。特别是农村配变,由于其地形复杂,土壤电阻率高低不一,山区、丘陵地带的接地电阻偏大。重点探讨了农网配变接地电阻超标原因、处理措施及具体做法,为接地电阻的改造积累了一定的实践经验。

Abstract:Earth of electric system is a important and complex problem in practice. Distribution and substation facility contact closely with life. The earth problem connect with security of people and facility. Particularly the resistance of rural distraction is more high because of the complex landform and the different earth conductance. This paper mainly refers to the disposal and reasons research about exceeding earth resistance of rural electric distribution and substation in order to accumulate certain experience.
