| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the design and implementation of HPNQ and dis cusses the realization of traffic shaping as well as that of the packet scheduli ng. The test results of the prototype show that QoS requestings of real-time net work multimedia applications are flexibly and effectively satisfied with the aid of HPNQ. |
