饮用水中嗅味物质的检测技术研究进展

摘    要:随着近年来世界范围内饮用水嗅味事件的不断发生,水中嗅味问题成为人们关注的热点之一。从感官检测法、仪器检测法和其它检测方法三个方面,全面阐述了国内外嗅味物质的检测技术研究进展,介绍了发达国家及国内饮用水水质标准中对嗅味的限定,指出了我国与发达国家在饮用水嗅味研究方面的差异及今后发展的方向。

Abstract:With the eruption of water accidents in all of the world, the taste and odor problem in drinking water has become one of the hottest issues. The research progress in detection technology of taste and odor compounds in drinking water was reviewed systematically in three main aspects of sensory, instrument and other analytical methods. The limited values of these compounds in drinking water were introduced. The differences between the developed countries and China in the research of the problem are analyzed, and the future research directions were pointed out.
