| 摘 要： | 以S7-400PLC、WinCC为基础,通过Profibus网络和工业以太网构建了轧钢厂循环冷却水控制系统。对系统工艺流程、控制系统主要功能以及软件编程做了重点介绍。实现了循环冷却水处理的集中监控,提高了系统可靠性。

| Abstract: | Based on the S7-400 PLC and WinCC, the control system for the circulating cooling water of the rolling mill was built by using the Profibus and Ethernet net. Technological process, main function and software programming of control system were introduced in this paper. This control system realized the centralized monitoring and control function for the circulating cooling water, and reliability of system was improved.
