摘    要:对异步电机的启动过程进行了分析,对普通异步电动机用于驱动重载启动设备而造成频繁损坏的机理进行了合理的解释。然后通过改进普通异步电机的电磁设计,采用维持定子不变,对转子铁心、导条、端环进行重新设计的方法,优化设计,得到理想的启动性能,使得原电机的启动转矩提高,启动时间缩短,避免了转子的损坏。在解决普通异步电机驱动重载启动设备易损坏的问题中,找到了一条低成本投入、高性能输出的有效途径。

Abstract:The starting process of asynchronous motor is analyzed and the mechanism of normal asynchronous motors frequently damaged by driving heavy load starting devices is explained reasonably. The ideal starting performance is achieved by improving the electromagnetism design of normal asynchronous motor, using keep stator unchanged, redesigning rotor iron core,guide bar and side ring and optimizing the design. The starting torque of the prime motor is improved, the starting time is shortened, the damage of rotor is avoided. An effective and low-costed way of solving the problem that normal asynchronous motors are frequently damaged when used to drive heavy load starting devices is found hereby.
