| 摘 要： | ABS树脂生产装置废气治理一直是行业的难题,吉林石化公司合成树脂厂引进ABS装置蓄热一体式焚烧炉,采用催化氧化焚烧工艺,处理凝聚干燥和混炼产生的丙烯腈及苯乙烯尾气。焚烧效果好,废气去除率达95%以上,达到环保排放标准,符合同类装置的废气处理工业化需要。 |

| Abstract: | The off-gas in ABS unit is always a puzzle.Synthetic Resin Factory of Jilin Petrochemical Company introduced integrated burning stove,used the catalytic oxidation incineration process to deal with the off-gas come from pool drying and mixing of acrylonitrile and styrene,etc.The currently burning effect of resulting exhaust is good,which can wipe off ninety-five percent waste gas.It can also achieve environmental emission standards,and meet waste gas treatment needs of industrialization. |
