| 摘 要： | 在电信运营过程中，计费是其核心，而传统电话交换机的联机计费采集接口协议已不适应以软交换为核心的下一代网络。本对软交换网络的联机计费采集接口协议进行了探讨，提出了软交换网络的联机计费采集接口所采用的传输控制协议和信息模型。
