摘    要:为了对比2种不同ZrO2涂层的结构和性能,用等离子喷涂的方法,制备出烧结破碎型ZrO2涂层和空心ZrO2涂层,以X射线衍射和扫描电镜作为分析手段,分析对比了两种热障涂层的相和微观形貌.对2种涂层进行了拉伸试验,发现烧结ZrO2涂层的强度更高一些.

Abstract:Sintered 2r02 coating and hollow 2r02 coating have been developed by plasma spraying process. X-ray diffractometry ( XRD) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM) were used to analyze the phrase and microstructure of the two coatings. The bond strength of the two coatings were got through bond strength test, sintered 2r02 coating was more higher.
