农药瓶用再生高粘聚酯切片生产技术

本文通过对再生高粘大有光PET切片的生产工艺、设备介绍，及对以此材料制成的农药用瓶进行理化测试、经济分析。其结果表明，再生高粘PET大有光切片能满足农药包装PET瓶的各项技术指标，加工成本低，属环保资源，是一种较为理想的农药包装聚酯瓶材料。

USING REGENERATED HIGH-VISCOSITY PET CHIP TO PRODUCE PESTICIDE BOTTLES

The technological process and production equipment of regenerated high-viscosity lustrous PET chip are introduced in the paper. By the physico-chemical testing and economic analysis of the bottles that were made with the regenerated high-viscosity lustrous PET chip,the result showed that the cost was low and could satisfy the technological standard of pesticide bottles,Evidently,the PET chip is an environmental resource,so it is an ideal Packing material for making pesticide bottles.
