| 摘 要： | 食品安全直接关系着广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,同时还影响着国民的和社会稳定的维护。然而,近年来食品安全事件在全国范围内频频发生,显示我国食品安全正处于风险高发期和矛盾凸现期。基层局面对人少事多任务重状况,如何实现对食品安全有效的监管,保障人民群众的饮食安全。本文通过剖析食品安全监管中存在的诸多问题,旨在探索符合基层实际,提高工作效率和适应安全监管要求的有效监管模式。
