硬质合金模具的热处理与应用研究

摘    要:介绍了WC-Co硬质合金是新型高效能工程材料。该合金烧结成品后直接使用.广泛应用于模具、工具、量具和耐磨、耐腐蚀零部件等领域。研究发现。WC-Co硬质合金可热处理强化,采用复合强化处理的热切边模的使用寿命是未经热处理的4倍。是原8Cr3熔炼钢制该模的50倍,技术经济效益显著。

Abstract:As a sort of new and high efficiency engineering material, WC-Co horniness alloy is introduced. This alloy can be used directly after sintering to finished products, and can be widely used in the fields like die, tool, measurement, and abrasive corrosion-resistant parts or components. The research shows that WC-Co horniness alloy can be intensified by heat treatment, the natural life of hot-cuttlng edge die by compound hardening treatment is four times of that of non-hot treatment, and 50 times of that of 8Cr3 melting steel die, the economic benefit from this technology is notable.
