| 摘 要： | 在注聚合物过程中 ,聚合物分散溶解装置要保证计量下料准确 ,供水精度误差小 ,混合均匀 ,配液浓度稳定 ,不产生“鱼眼”等缺陷。我国从 2 0世纪 80年代末开始引进日本、美国、澳大利亚和法国注聚合物装置并进行矿场试验和应用 ,掌握了各种装置的工艺流程和工作原理 ,并研制出多品种系列化注聚合物装置 ,已在国内主要油田应用。特别是水混式分散溶解装置的研制成功 ,进一步降低了装置的成本 ,并提高了注聚合物装置的可靠性。

| Abstract: | A comprehensive comment on the characteristics of the imported and homemade poly mer dispersing and dissolving devices are made. The domestic manufacturers can s upply series of diversified polymer injection units at present, and these units have been successfully used in many oil fields in China with satisfactory perfor mance. In particular, the water-blending dispersing and dissolving unit was deve loped and put into use with high operation reliability and low cost. |
