Ti-Fe-Al系合金不同焊接接头组织和性能分析

摘    要:采用GTAW和MIG两种焊接工艺,对9 mm厚Ti-Fe-Al系合金中厚板进行对接焊试验。研究了焊缝成型性能、组织和力学性能。结果表明,Ti-Fe-Al系合金采用这两种焊接工艺获得的焊缝经X射线检验,接头质量达到Ⅰ级,力学性能优异,硬度分布相对均匀,金相观察无析出相。

Abstract:The welding of Ti50 alloy in thickness of 9 mm was conducted with GTAW and MIG techndogy,and the processability,micro-structure and properties of welding joints were analysed.The results showed that the quality of obtained joints through both methods can reach the gradeⅠ of RT;mechanical properties of welding joint were excellent;hardness distributes uniformly and no precipitated phase appears in microstructure.
