压力调节淬火冷却过程的探讨

摘    要:本文简要分析了淬火工艺的冷却传热过程,指出对淬火冷却起决定性作用的是淬火介质的冷却能力以及由汽泡沸腾换热转变为对流换热时工作表面的温度,即工件表面——淬火介质界面的换热条件;探讨了压力场调节淬火工艺冷却过程的基本原理;最后指出:压力调节淬火冷却过程为淬火工艺优化、工艺技术改造提供了理论基础,同时又为淬火介质冷却特性实现理想化调节提供了新的科学方法。


An Exploration of Cooling Process in Quenching by Pressure Control
Abstract:This paper Analyses the mechanism of heat transfer during cooling process in qu enching, demonstrating that for the quench cooling the decisive factors are the cooling ability of the quenching medium and the surface temperature of the workpiece while heat Exchange by bubble boiling is turning into heat convection; Studies the fundamentals of cooling process by pressure field control; and finally, points out that cooling process by pressure control provides theoretical bases for optimization and technical reformation of quenching technology, as well as new scientific methods for the realization of the Ideal control of cooling Ability of the quenching medium.
