纯钛冷轧板两辊平整轧制力计算

摘    要:钛由于具有高强度、密度小、耐腐蚀等优点,被广泛应用于航空航天、石油化工、建筑等领域。本文简述了纯钛板的平整特性,计算纯钛板的平整轧制力,并与普通不锈钢的进行了比较,发现相同规格的纯钛板平整时轧制力低于普通不锈钢的,因此在不锈钢二辊平整机上同时实现钛板的平整是可行的。

Abstract:Due to the merits of high strength, light specific density and corrosion resistance, titanium has been widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, construction and other fields. The skin roiling performance of pure titanium plate was described. The rolling force was calculated. Compared with common stainless steel, the rolling force of the titanium plate was lower than that of stainless steel. So it is feasible that the skin pass process of titanium be achieved by two roller skin pass mill used for stainless steel.
