| 摘 要： | 分析了国外住宅太阳能利用政策，包括德国太阳能生态村、日本“阳光计划”、美国补助太阳能计划、南非系统太阳能供电计划等，并对我国东部和西部太阳能利用政策进行了调研，指出其中的利弊，以期对我国太阳能居住小区的推广有所借鉴。
