黄芪枸杞复合饮料的研制

摘    要:以枸杞和黄芪为主要原料,研制出集枸杞和黄芪的保健功能于一体的新型保健型饮料——黄芪枸杞复合保健饮料。探讨了枸杞.溃芪的蓖碡浸提工艺,并通过正交试验得出饮料的最佳配方及生产工艺参数,结果表明:枸杞汁25%、黄芪汁10%、白砂糖8%、蜂蜜3%、柠檬酸0.05%为该饮料的最佳配方,得到的复合饮料品质最好。

Abstract:A new compound drink, integrating the health functions of Chinese wolfberry and Astragalus, was developed. The optimum extraction processes for Chinese wolfberry and Astragalus were studied, and the optimal formula and production parameters of the drink determined as a result of orthogonal experiments. The results indicated that Chinese wolfberry juice 25%, Astragalus juice 10%, white granulated sugar 8%, honey 3% and citric acid 0.05% gave a compound drink with the best quality.
