| 摘 要： | 根据实际工作中SF6气体微水测量特点，研制出SF6气体微水在线监测仪，介绍在线气体微水检测仪的软、硬件设计，现场安装、使用情况。该装置投入实际应用后，提高了工作效率，降低了设备检修成本。

| Abstract: | This work developed an on-line SF6 micro-water monitoring instrument based on the actual work characteristics.And it described the hardware,the software design,installation and usage of the device.The efficiency is improved and the equipment maintenance costs is reduced by the on-line device. |
