摘    要:采用水热合成法(180℃、10h),选择不同元素掺杂制备出不同的锰锌铁氧体纳米磁粉Mn(1-x)ZnxFe2O4、MnxZnyMg(1-x-y)Fe2O4和MnxZnyCu(1-x-y)Fe2O4.通过XRD、SEM、EDS图谱对其进行分析表征,并用古埃磁天平法测量其居里温度Tc.结果表明,掺杂Mg、Cu元素后,会使锰锌铁氧体的居里温度下降,特别是掺杂Cu元素时,居里温度的下降更加明显,Mn0.3Zn0.4Cu0.3Fe2O4的居里温度Tc已达到49℃.

Abstract:Using the hydrothermal synthesis method (180℃,10 hours), different Mn-Zn ferrite. Mn(1-x)ZnxFe2O4、MnxZnyMg(1-x-y)Fe2O4 and MnxZnyCu(1-x-y)Fe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles are produced by using different dopants. The products are characterized and analyzed through XRD, SEM and EDS. With the Gouy magnetic balance method, the Tc of the particles are measured. Ac- cording to the results, a conclusion is drawn that Mg and Cu reduce the Tc of Mn-Zn ferrite, and especially when Cu is present as the dopant, the Tc drops more obviously. The Tc of Mn0.3 Zn0.4 Cu0.3Fe2O4 has reached 49℃.
