边远油区员工思想动态研究及工作对策

摘    要:边远油区点多、线长、面广,远离油田基地,一直是油田企业管理中的难点。主要表现为边远油区员工不安心本职工作;对企业期望值过高;工作积极性不高;对思想政治工作的认同度不高。问题产生的主要原因是边远的环境造成员工不安心工作;员工普遍缺乏感恩心理;员工责任感不强;思想政治工作功能弱化。要创新性地解决这些问题,就必须坚持正面引导,增强思想政治工作的实效性;坚持务实创新,增强思想政治工作的感染力;坚持以人为本,增强思想政治工作的亲和力;坚持转变作风,增强思想政治工作者素质。

Abstract:The outlying oil fields has always been difficult to manage due to the long distance away from the base and their scattering distribution.The working staff stationed there tends not to settle down for the job within their duty or take their jobs and the ideological education seriously for they had expected too much from the company.All these problems can find their causes in remoteness of geography,a lack of respect among workers for what they’ve got from the company,weak sense of responsibility and insufficient ideological and political education.To address these issues,this paper suggests making the ideological education more effective by conveying more positive messages,reaching out to the needs of workers and strengthening the qualities of counselors themselves.
