| Abstract: | Oilfield neighborhood committee must play an early warming role in the construction of a harmonious oilfield and community and take initiative control of dynamic information on the community.It needs to play a mediation role in actively resolving conflicts occurring in the community,a management role in making steady headway in construction of community security and a service role in pandering to reasonable requirements of community groups. |
