| 摘 要： | 武钢一烧车间将精益管理与烧结生产实践相结合,通过改善混合料的化学成分的稳定性和粒度组成,使烧结矿实物产质量得到显著提高,台时产量和烧结矿的转鼓强度分别达到492.13t/h和79.73%的良好水平,为高炉高产、低耗奠定了坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | In the No.1 Sintering Plant of WISCO the lean management is well combined with the practical sintering production.By improvement in the stability of the chemical compositions of the blended ore materials and their grain sizes the quality of physical products of the sintered ore is prominently raised and as the results the output of a machine and strength of the drum rotation arrive at 492.13 t/h and 79.73 % respectively.Therefore a very solid foundation is laid down for higher productivity and lower consumption of BF. |
