摘    要:以电化学方法测定了SRNA-4催化剂为固相的液固磁稳定床中的液固传质系数,采用浸没的微型传热探头测量了液固传热系数。实验结果表明:随磁场强度、液体黏度的增大,液固传质系数及传热系数减小;增加表观液速,传质系数、传热系数均增大。进而建立了由物性参数及操作参数估算液固传质Sherwood数及液固传热Nusselt数的关联式,实验值与预测值吻合良好,可为磁稳定床反应器的放大设计和操作优化提供一定的依据。

Abstract:Mass and heat transfer properties were studied for the (liquid )solid magnetically stabilized bed using the ferromagnetic amorphous alloy catalysts of SRNA 4 as the solid phase. Mass transfer coefficients were measured with the electrochemical methods, and heat transfer (coefficients) were obtained with the immersed microprobe. Experimental (results) showed that the liquid solid mass transfer and heat transfer coefficients decreased with the increase of (external) magnetic field. The mass and heat transfer were retarded at higher liquid (viscosity,) but were (accelearated) at higher liquid velocity. Based on the experimental data, (correlation) equations were established to estimate the Sherwood numbers and the Nusselt numbers by using physical properties and operating parameters in the magnetically stabilized bed reactor. The correlation is fundamental to the scale up design and optimization of magnetically stabilized bed (reactors).
