Abstract:The diet of the Miao nationality in the west Hunan has its specific features in many aspects, such as cooking materials, flavor types, cooking methods and so on. There has formed a kind of dietetic culture specific of its style. However, at present there are also a lot of problems urgently waiting for being solved. In order to make the dietetic culture of the Miao nationality in the west Hunan achieve healthy development corresponding countermeasures should be sought for.
