摘    要:研究带束层宽度对全钢载重子午线轮胎性能的影响。结果表明,对于宽行驶面全钢载重子午线轮胎,适当增大带束层的宽度,使最宽带束层宽度与行驶面宽度的比值约为0.9,轮胎接地压力分布明显改善,成品轮胎外缘尺寸变化不大,耐久性能显著提高,胎肩脱层现象减少。

Abstract:The effect of belt width on TBR tire performance was investigated. The results showed that by increasing the belt width properly, and adjusting the width ratio of the widest belt and running surface about 0. 9, the tire contact pressure distribution of wider running surface TBR tire improved significantly,and the peripheral dimensions of finished tire changed a little. The endurance improved significantly, and shoulder separation was reduced.
