| Abstract: | It introduces the trend of the research of the heat-resistant plastic optical fiber (POF), the requirement of polymeric materials for heat-resistant plastic optical fiber and the three methods for preparation of heat-resistant plastic optical fiber, i. e. the method of pro-tecting-layer, the method of liquid-clearing and the method of selecting the core and cladding with high glass transition temperature. |
