基于PLC的机车轴温及车顶高压报警装置设计

为了提高铁路现行机车轴温报警装置的稳定性、准确性和报警的及时性,并扩展其功能,对铁路机车现有的轴温报警装置的控制部分进行了PLC改进,对轴报装置增加了一级预报警功能,并对机车的车顶高压报警进行了研究,设计了一种能够同时实现机车轴温报警和车顶高压报警于一体的多功能监测报警装置,减少机车轴报警装置误报警情况的发生,把轴温故障消除在萌芽状态,更好地保障机车的运行安全和检修人员人身安全。

Design of PLC-based Alarm Device of Axle Temperature and High Voltage on Top for Locomotives

To increase the stability, accuracy and promptitude of existing axle temperature alarm device for locomotives, and to expand more functions in such devices, the control section in the device is improved based on PLC. In axle temperature alarm, a fore alarm stage is added, and through studying the high top voltage alarm, a multifunctional monitoring device is designed, in which the alarm of axle temperature and high voltage on top are integrated. As a result,the malfunction of the alarm device is distinctly decreased,the operation of locomotives is safer, and the safety of operators and maintenance staff are guaranteed.
