沥青混凝土面板防渗层配合比设计探讨

摘    要:沥青混凝土配合比试验研究,以胶骨体积比和矿粉体积浓度为参数较为合理。沥青混凝上的各种性能主要由沥青用量控制。矿粉对沥青混凝土性能的影响较小,其主要作用是调整沥青混凝土的粘度,以便使配合比在工程中实现。在实际工程中应严格控制沥青用量,性能调整以沥青为主。施工配合比调整以矿粉为主。

Abstract:It is reasonable that the bulk ratio of bitumen mortar and aggregates and the filler bulk density in bitumen are considered as the mix parameters for bituminous concrete mix experiments, and all of bituminous concrete properties are mainly determined by bitumen content. The influence of filler on bituminous concrete properties is relatively small,its primary function is to adjust the bituminous concrete viscosity so that bituminous concrete mix can be practised in projects. Bitumen content must be exactly controlled in projects. The properties of bitumious concrete are chiefly adjusted with bitumen content and the construction mix is principally adjusted with filler content.
