| 摘 要： | 介绍了绝缘膜用PET合成的实验方案设计,实验原料及切片的制备过程。讨论了高绝缘无机填料、功能型合成组分等对产品性能的影响。指出功能型组分添加质量分数为2.5%,高绝缘无机填料添加质量分数为2%左右比较合适。对绝缘膜用PET切片产品品质和热性能进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The experimental scheme design,experiment raw material and chip preparation process of insulation film used PET synthesis was introduced.The effects of high insulation inorganic filler and functional synthetic component on product properties were discussed.It was suitable when the functional component mass fraction was 2.5% and the high insulation inorganic filler mass fraction was 2%.The product quality and thermal performance of insulation film used PET chip was analysed. |
