摘    要:在分析防空C3I系统的结构、功能特点和控制流程的基础上,按照自顶向下递阶层次法建立了系统效能评估指标体系。通过云理论的运用,提出了一种基于云模型的系统效能评估方法,并结合实例进行了分析。该方法很好地克服了系统评估过程的模糊性和随机性,具有较强的客观性和可信性,对评估过程复杂且难以定量描述的问题具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of structural and functional characteristics,and control process of C3I system for aerial defence,an index system of effectiveness evaluation is established by using the step-down hiberarchy method.An efficiency evaluation method of the cloud model by the aid of the cloud theory and is analyzed in combination with an example.This method overcomes the system′s faintness and randomicity in the evaluation process,and has good objectivity and creditability.The method has a certain reference value for complex evaluation process, especially when it's hard to be described by quantitative value.
