变分法在H型钢万能轧制温度计算中的应用

摘    要:应用变分法建立了H型钢翼缘和腹板的变形温升和摩擦温升的数学模型,同时考虑接触温降和穿梭温降,推导出H型钢万能轧制温度计算公式,在线测试结果验证,所用的计算方法及编制的计算机程序是切实可行的。

Abstract:In the paper,a mathematical model for the rises of temperature caused by the deformation and friction of web flange of the H-beam is established by using calculus of variation. At the same, time the drops of temperature caused by contacting and shuttle are also accounted. The formula calculating the universal rolling temperature of the H-beam is derived. The results tested on line show that all calculation method and computer program used are correct and practical.
