鞍钢ERP产销系统与商务套件的结合使用

鞍钢采用自主定制开发与商务套件开发相结合的方法构建钢铁企业的ERP系统,不仅是一项集成应用创新的成果,而且也标志着鞍钢完全掌握了这种集成技术。以此为背景,本文概要介绍了自主开发的ERP产销系统和在SAP商务套件上构建的鞍钢ERP财务管理系统,并着重介绍如何与定制开发的ERP产销系统集成,构建完整的钢铁企业ERP应用平台,包括：技术接口层与物流映射层的搭建及其实现的IT方法;销售、销售结算、生产、质量、储运子系统与财务系统的结合使用;以及ERP产销系统与SAP测试/并行运行环境的构建。

United use of ERP production and sale system and commerce software package in Angang

Independently customized development and commerce software package development were combined to construct Angang ERP System. It is not only an innovation of integrating application, but also a milestone which Angang has completely mastered integrated technology. Independently developed ERP production and sale system and Angang ERP finance management system constructed on SAP commerce software package are introduced. How to integrate with customized developed ERP production and sale system is especially introduced. Complete steel enterprise ERP application platform was built up, including design of technique interface layer and logistic mapping layer and their realization method with IT, united use of sale, settlement, production, quality and warehouse system with finance system, and design of test and parallel running environment of ERP production and sale system and SAP.
